Things to note

Upon booking a pitch we will reserve that pitch until 5pm on day of arrival, if you're running late please call (01847 892244) to let us know so we can keep that pitch for you. IF YOU DO NOT CALL TO LET US KNOW AND YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5PM THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE A PITCH.

You can check into the campsite from 1pm onwards on the day of your arrival. Check out time is 11am on day of departure, the absolute latest that you can depart is 11:15am. If you are still on site after 11:15am and have not extended your stay you will lose access to the facilities and will need to pay for an additional night.

Entry gates for the campsite are closed at 8pm and are reopened in the morning at 7am. There is strictly no access to the campsite between those hours.

Due to the current climate prices may be subject to change. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

We are a member of NC500 Campsite Watch. If you are disruptive on one site you will be denied entry to others on the route.

Dogs are more than welcome provided they are kept on a leash at all times around the campsite. For the convenience of other campers and especially children please pick up after your dog.

Fires are prohibited, this includes fire pits, and if caught with an open flame you will be asked to put it out immediately, failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the site. BBQs are permitted provided they are kept off the grass.

Please note that all bollards are 10 amps, please do not overload them as doing so will trip them and will incur a call out charge.

Upon arrival once your remaining balance has been paid please note that there is strictly no refunds from that point on.
