Please Be Aware

The latest admittance to the campsite is 7:30pm and there are strictly no exceptions regardless of the situation. Please take this into account when planning your journey to us. This applies even if you have made a booking.

Availability/booking

Adding Additional Occupants to Your Booking

When making your booking you will be given the option to add any additional occupants at a later stage in the booking process. Please note that all the tariffs are set for one adult to act as a base rate and that you will be given the option to add more occupants later on.

PLEASE NOTE

Upon booking a pitch we will reserve that pitch until 5pm on day of arrival, if you're running late please call (01847 892244) to let us know so we can keep that pitch for you. IF YOU DO NOT CALL TO LET US KNOW AND YOU ARRIVE AFTER 5PM THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL HAVE A PITCH.



IMPORTANT

When booking your pitch online we require you to pay £10 out of the total price upfront as a non-refundable deposit. Please note that once the pitch is booked that £10 is not refundable.

After Making Your Booking

Once you have made your booking or have any questions regarding your stay at the site please refer to the "Important Info" section on the website as this covers all rules/information regarding a stay at the campsite.

Booking for the Following Day

Please note that we stop taking any online bookings for the following day from 7pm onwards the night before arrival. This isn't to say that we won't have availability so instead you will need to call reception (01847 892244) to make your booking.
